Probably one of the most misunderstood roles in our industry - these folks tell the story of Wine when it's most critical - right before you consume it - and without a winemaker standing in front of you (or one bugging you with a live stream), they're the best hope we have of our story reaching you. Oh - and they make your entire meal sing with delight! But they do so so so much more than that! Dan McEvoy is one of those people that can raise the experience of dining to an entirely new level, and he's plying his trade at the eponymous 2KW - one of the most beautiful spaces in Adelaide.
